1 cup bran flakes
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 190°C and oil muffin cups or use silicone cups.
2.Mix all wet ingredients (eggs, honey, vegetable oil, banana, peanut butter and vanilla) in a medium bowl.
3.Mix all dry ingredients (flour, bran flakes, baking powder, baking soda and salt) in another medium bowl.
4.Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing only until combined.
5.Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6.Let muffins cool for a few minutes before taking them out of the muffin cups.
