Ingredients

2 peaches
8 ounces raspberries
2 1/2 cups low-fat plain yogurt or 2 1/2 cups low fat low sugar fruit yogurt
4 teaspoons rolled oats
4 teaspoons sliced almonds
Peach and Raspberry Yogurt Fool is a light and refreshing dessert that is perfect for summertime. This dessert is easy to make and is a great way to use up any ripe peaches you might have on hand. Instructions

1.Preheat the grill or a grill pan to high heat.
2.Cut the peaches in half, remove the pits, and grill the peaches cut-side down for 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear.
3.In a food processor, puree the raspberries until smooth.
4.In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt and raspberry puree.
5.To assemble the yoghurt fool, add a spoonful of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of four 8 oz. glasses.
6.Add a sprinkle of the oats and almonds. Next, add a spoonful of grilled peaches. Repeat the layers until each glass is filled to the top.
7.Serve chilled and enjoy!
