5 hot red chili peppers

5 cans peaches in juice , well drained
1 teaspoon coarse salt
2 lemons , halved
3 cups sugar

Instructions

1.Begin by washing all the peppers and removing their stems and seeds. Slice the sweet peppers into small 1/4-inch pieces. Cut the hot peppers into thin slivers
2.In a large pot, combine the raspberry vinegar, coarse salt, and sugar. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the sliced peppers and cook for 5-10 minutes until they soften

4.Once the mixture has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste
5.Transfer the relish to clean jars and store them in the refrigerator until ready to use
