2 teaspoons peach juice ( reserved )
1/4 cup peach juice ( reserved )
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon hazelnuts ( peeled and toasted , see note in directions and coarsely chopped )
2 teaspoons maple syrup ( I used sugar free )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C ( 350°F )
2.In a small ramekin or baking dish, mix together the drained peach slices and reserved 2 teaspoons of peach juice.
3.In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, hazelnuts, and maple syrup until combined.
4.Spoon the oat and hazelnut mixture over the peach slices, covering the top of the dish.
5.Bake the crumble for 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
