2 teaspoons chopped mint
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper , plus additional for serving
about 64 wonton wrappers or dumpling wrappers
1/4 cup unsalted butter , melted ( can use more or less , to your taste )

Instructions

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
2.Place the frozen peas in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
3.Add the grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese, chopped mint, salt, and pepper, and pulse until smooth and well-combined.
4.Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean work surface and place a teaspoon of the pea filling in the center of each wrapper.
5.Lightly brush the edges of each wrapper with water and fold it over to form a triangle, pressing the edges together to seal the ravioli.
6.Place the ravioli in the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
