Ingredients

12 lbs turkey
adobo seasoning ( Rule of Thumb , For every pound of Turkey , use 1 teaspoon of Adobo )
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 -4 garlic cloves , crushed
1 teaspoon oregano
vegetable oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C).
2.Rinse the turkey and pat dry.

5.Place the turkey on a roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
