Ingredients

4 egg whites , room temperature
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 pinch salt

1 jar lemon curd
1/3 cup sour cream
mixed berry ( can add or sub mango , kiwi , strawberry , etc . )
fresh lemon zest

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 300°F.

10.Use a spatula to create a well in the center of the pavlova.
11.Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave the pavlova inside to cool for at least 30 minutes.
12.In a medium bowl, mix lemon curd and sour cream together.
13.Spread the mixture into the well of the cooled pavlova.
14.Top with mixed berries and fresh lemon zest.
15.Serve immediately.
