Ingredients

6 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 1/4 cups heavy cream , chilled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 300°F.

7.Bake for 1 hour until the pavlova is firm, then turn off the oven and allow the pavlova to cool inside the oven for at least 30 minutes.
8.In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and confectioners' sugar until the cream holds soft peaks.
9.Cut open the passion fruits and scoop out the pulp.
10.When the pavlova has cooled, spread the whipped cream over the top of the pavlova and top with the passion fruit pulp.
11.Serve immediately and enjoy!
