Ingredients

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chile peppers
1 cup chopped onions

1 cup chopped roma ( plum ) tomatoes
2 cups cauliflower , finely chopped
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup green peas
1 cup grated carrots
4 potatoes , boiled and mashed
3 tablespoons pav bhaji masala
salt to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 dinner rolls
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped green chile peppers
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1.In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the garlic and green chile peppers.

4.Add the chopped cauliflower and cabbage, green peas, and grated carrots, and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
5.Add boiled and mashed potatoes, pav bhaji masala and salt to taste, and mix well.
6.Add lemon juice and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
7.Cut the dinner rolls in half and fry them lightly in a pan with butter.
8.Serve the pav bhaji hot with the fried dinner rolls.
9.Garnish with chopped onion, green chile peppers, and fresh cilantro.
