Ingredients

4 cups Minute Rice
12 cabbage leaves
2 cups tomato soup
3/4 cup tomato paste
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar ( packed )
1 tablespoon Mrs . Dash seasoning mix
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 cup water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
2.Cook rice according to package instructions.

4.Add Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Mrs. Dash seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder and water.
5.Mix in the cooked rice and stir well.
6.Spoon the filling onto the center of each cabbage leaf, rolling it up tightly.
7.Combine the tomato soup and tomato paste in a bowl, mixing well. Spoon some of the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish. Layer the cabbage rolls on top, seam side down.
8.Pour the remaining tomato mixture over the cabbage rolls, using a brush to coat each roll. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
9.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cabbage rolls are tender and slightly browned. Serve hot.
