Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the chopped veal, egg, egg yolk, minced garlic, grated romano cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley until well combined.
2.Add in the breadcrumbs and oregano and mix again until incorporated.
3.Form the mixture into approximately 16-20 meatballs, depending on desired size.
4.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
5.Add the meatballs to the skillet, working in batches if necessary, and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
