2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 lb egg roll wrap
2 teaspoons bacon drippings ( for greens )
soy sauce , for dipping

The ingredients are cooked in a pan and spooned onto small egg roll wrappers. The wrappers are then pinched together to form a small pouch. Instructions

1.In a pan, heat the bacon drippings and add chopped garlic. Cook until slightly browned.
2.Next, add the chopped turnip greens and cook until they're wilted.
3.Add the diced cooked pork chops and sesame seeds to the pan.
4.Mix the ingredients well and let the contents cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
5.Preheat oven to 350°F.
6.Cut the egg roll wraps into small squares.
7.Spoon a small amount of the pork and greens mixture onto each egg roll wrapper square.
8.Gather the edges of each square around the mixture, pinching the edges together to form a small pouch.
9.Place the Mandu pouches onto a baking sheet.
10.Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the wrappers are crispy and golden brown.
11.Serve with soy sauce on the side for dipping.
