2 carrots , finely diced
2 celery ribs , finely diced
1 -2 garlic clove , finely diced
3 sprigs cilantro , diced
2 cans chicken stock
2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 packet chili seasoning mix or ( 1 1/4 ounce ) packet about 3 tbs . chili powder
red pepper flakes ( optional )
salt and pepper
