Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180C.
2.Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add beef mince until browned.
3.Add garlic paste, garlic cloves, and onions, cooking until onions are soft.
4.Add the carrot and courgette until slightly softened.
5.Pour in the can of tomatoes, tomato puree, add mozzarella cheese, and creme fraiche and stir until combined.
6.Beat the eggs and add into the mixture, stirring until everything is well combined.
7.Transfer the mixture into a shallow baking dish and dot with boiled potatoes over the top.
8.Sprinkle some grated cheese over the top and bake for 20-30 mins.
