1 onion , chopped
1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
1/4 cup of mirasol chili or 1/4 cup pepper , in paste
1 tablespoon vinegar
100 g of roasted and ground peanuts
1/2 cup broth , where the legs were cooked
3 potatoes , cooked and diced

Instructions
