1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion , finely chopped
2 garlic cloves , crushed
500 g ground beef
500 g pasta sauce
340 g fresh bechamel sauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese , shredded

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven at 200C. Cook the penne according to the package instructions and put it aside.
2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3.Add the ground beef and stir occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes. Then, add the pasta sauce and simmer for 5 more minutes.
4.In a bowl, combine the bechamel sauce, eggs, and parmesan cheese.
5.In a rectangular baking dish, place half of the cooked penne. Then, layer half the beef mixture over the penne. Repeat the layering with the remaining penne and beef mixture. Finally, pour the bechamel mixture over the top.
6.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
