4 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

7.Reduce heat to low and cook for another 2 minutes or until mixture reaches a pudding-like consistency.
8.Remove from heat and stir in margarine and vanilla extract.
9.Preheat oven to 350°F.
10.Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface and cut into circles to fit into a cupcake tin.
11.Fill each pastry with the custard and bake for 25 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and filling is set.
12.Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve warm or chilled.
