1 package frozen puff pastry ( 2 sheets ) , thawed
1 can canned grated coconut in syrup

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and cut into small squares.
3.In a bowl, mix the grated coconut and syrup to create a thick paste.
4.Place 1 tsp of the coconut mixture in the center of each square and fold the corners over to create a triangle shape.
5.Press the edges with a fork to seal the pastry closed.
6.Brush the top of each pastry with egg wash.
7.Place the pastries on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
