Instructions

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2.Melt 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of olive oil in a large Dutch oven or pot over medium heat.
3.Add 3 tablespoons of minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4.Add 1 1/4 cups of chopped fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of crushed red pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
5.Add the shucked small oysters and cook for 2 minutes until the edges curl.
6.Remove the oysters from the pot and set them aside.
7.Add another 1/4 cup of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the Dutch oven.
8.Add 1 1/4 pounds of peeled and deveined small shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes until pink.
9.Add 1 pound of fresh lump crabmeat and cook for 1 minute.
10.Return the oysters to the pot and stir everything together.
11.Add salt and pepper to taste.
12.Cook the bow tie pasta according to the package instructions.
13.Drain the pasta and add it to the Dutch oven with the seafood.
14.Toss everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
15.Serve with chopped fresh parsley on top.
