1 package Knorr parma rosa sauce mix , prepared
1 lb medium shrimp , peeled and deveined
1 rotisserie chicken breast ( cubed , skin removed )
1/4 cup jarred alfredo sauce
1/8 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil , chopped

Instructions

1.Boil a pot of salted water for the penne rigate and cook according to package instructions.
2.While the pasta is cooking, combine the pesto and parma rosa sauce mixes with hot water according to package instructions. Set aside.
3.In a large saucepan, sauté the shrimp and chopped sun-dried tomato in a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat until the shrimp is pink and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
4.Add the cubed chicken and alfredo sauce to the same saucepan and heat through over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with curry powder to taste.
5.Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the chicken and sauce. Add the cooked shrimp and sun-dried tomato along with the prepared pesto and parma rosa sauces, stirring until everything is well coated in the creamy sauce. Serve hot!
