1 dash olive oil
vegetable oil ( for deep frying )
30 ml sesame oil
2 garlic cloves , crushed
100 g baby sweetcorn
100 g green beans , mangetout
2 carrots , thinly sliced
45 ml soya sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

1.Boil water in a pot and cook vermicelli for 2-3 minutes until al dente.
2.Drain and add olive oil to prevent sticking.
3.Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry vermicelli in batches until golden brown.
4.Scoop out the fried vermicelli and drain off excess oil on kitchen towels.
5.In a pan, heat sesame oil and fry garlic for a few seconds until fragrant.
6.Add baby sweetcorn, green beans, carrots and fry for 2-3 minutes over high heat.
7.Add soya sauce and mix well.
8.Add fried vermicelli to the pan and mix until vegetables are evenly distributed.
9.Serve hot, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
