3 tablespoons tomato puree
1/4 - 1/3 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper , freshly ground
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Instructions

1.Cook tortellini/ravioli according to package instructions.

3.Heat the saucepan over medium heat and add the salt, pepper, nutmeg, chopped parsley, and grated parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
4.When the mixture starts to bubble, lower the heat and add the cooked tortellini/ravioli. Mix well.
5.Allow the dish to cook for a minute or two, then take off the heat.
6.Serve hot with freshly grated parmesan cheese on top.
