1 lb ricotta cheese
1 cup romano cheese , grated
8 ounces mozzarella cheese , shredded
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 egg , beaten
salt , to taste
pepper , to taste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 quart pasta sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

3.In a large baking dish, spread a layer of pasta sauce on the bottom.
