Instructions

1.Cook the pasta as per package instructions, until al dente.

5.Add the chopped tomatoes, and stir well. Allow it to cook for 10-15 mins until the tomatoes soften and break down.
6.Season with salt and pepper as needed.
7.Lastly, add the shredded basil leaves, give it a good stir and turn off the heat.
8.Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the picchi pacchi sauce. Toss well and serve hot.
