Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease a 6-cup capacity ovenproof dish.
2.Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugar and egg until pale and creamy. Sift in flour. Add milk. Stir to combine. Spoon into prepared dish.
3.Combine passionfruit syrup, boiling water and melted butter in a heatproof jug. Pour over pudding. Bake for 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted halfway into pudding comes out clean.
