Ingredients

1 lb parsnip , sliced
5 large potatoes , sliced
8 slices bacon , chopped

salt and pepper , to taste
1/2 cup cheddar cheese , grated ( or whatever cheese you prefer , I used a parmesan mix . )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

6.Remove the dish from the oven, sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the vegetables and bacon. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
