Ingredients

1 medium chicken
1 1/2 - 2 lbs sea salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves
3 slices lemons , thin
1 bunch parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
Parsley-stuffed chicken is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy a classic main dish. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F
2.Wash and dry the chicken, then sprinkle the inside with sea salt
3.Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant
4.Add parsley, oregano, basil, and lemon slices to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes
5.Stuff the chicken with the mixture and tie the legs together with kitchen twine
6.Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
7.Place the chicken in a roasting pan and cook for 60-75 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked
8.Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving
