1/2 cup romano cheese ( I buy the type already grated )
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
garlic salt
weight watchers butter-flavored cooking spray or olive oil
2 cups fresh basil , chopped
2 cups diced roma tomatoes

Instructions

1.Cut the loaf in half and spread weight watchers butter-flavored cooking spray or olive oil on both the halves.
2.Sprinkle garlic salt over both the halves.
3.Sprinkle romano cheese over 1st half and grated parmesan over 2nd half.
4.Spread chopped basil over both the halves.
5.Top both the halves with diced roma tomatoes.
6.Toast the bread in the oven on 350 degree Celsius till cheese gets melted.
