Bronzini is a Mediterranean white fish that is known for its delicate flavor and tender texture. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2.Cut two large sheets of parchment paper into circles, and place them on two separate baking sheets.
3.Rinse the fish and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub the egyptian spices inside and outside of the fish.
4.Place the fish on the center of each parchment paper circle. Stuff the cavity of each fish with couscous, lemon slices, parsley, grape tomatoes, red onions, and crushed garlic cloves.
5.Wrap the parchment paper around the fish to create a sealed packet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
