Instructions

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pappardelle for 8-10 minutes or until tender yet firm.

3.Add the sausage meat and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
4.Pour off any excess fat and add the tomatoes, salt or pepper to taste, and white wine. Simmer for 10 minutes
5.Stir in the balsamic vinegar and parsley. Combine drained pasta with the sauce and toss together
6.Serve with a garnish of parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
