2 cups gram flour
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon ajwain
1 tablespoon oil
salt
oil , to deep fry
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix the gram flour, bicarbonate of soda, ajwain, turmeric powder, salt and oil.
2.Add water as required and knead a stiff dough.
3.Roll it into a thin disc and cut into small diamond shapes.
4.Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry them till golden brown and crispy.
5.Remove and drain on an absorbent paper.
