1/4 lb margarine , melted
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 - 3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup golden sultana raisins

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 F
2.In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, cassava, sweet potato, grated coconut, granulated sugar, white pepper, cinnamon and melted margarine.
3.Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
4.Add the vanilla essence, evaporated milk and sultana raisins.
5.Mix again until the batter is smooth and all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
6.Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
7.Smooth the top with a spatula and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
8.Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center of the pone. It should come out clean when done.
