6 egg yolks
2 eggs
100 g sugar
50 g flour

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.Grease a 22 cm diameter cake tin with butter and line the base with parchment paper.
3.In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and whole eggs until a pale mixture is obtained.
4.Gradually add the sugar and beat until the mixture is smooth.
5.Add the flour and mix gently until combined.
6.Pour the mixture into the prepared tin.
7.Bake for approximately 28-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
8.Allow the cake to cool before removing it from the tin. Serve and enjoy!
