1/2 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter , melted
2 cups lingonberry sauce ( store-bought , Lingonberry Sauce ( Lingonsylt ) or your own recipe )
confectioners ' sugar , for garnish

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, beat eggs.
2.Add milk, flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
3.Add cream and melted butter. Mix well.
4.Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter. Add a ladle of batter and cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
5.Serve pancakes with warm lingonberry sauce and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
