1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 vanilla bean , seeded
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
2 ounces powdered sugar
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate , chopped
3 tablespoons agave nectar
1/3 cup hot water

Instructions

1.In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla bean seeds over medium heat. Stir in the gelatin.
2.Take off the heat and add in the powdered sugar and chopped chocolate until fully incorporated.
3.Pour the mixture into ramekins and chill for at least 4 hours until set.
4.To make the agave drizzle, whisk together the agave nectar and hot water in a small bowl and drizzle over the top of the set Panna Cotta.
