oil , to fry
lettuce leaf , torn into serving sized pieces
3 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 cup hoisin sauce

Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, mix together ground beef, hoisin sauce, dried breadcrumbs, egg, chopped coriander, orange zest, and chopped water chestnuts.
