Ingredients

200 g panir
1/2 cup cornflour
1/2 cup maida flour ( all-purpose flour )
3 teaspoons egg whites
1/4 teaspoon ajinomoto
5 -6 garlic cloves , finely chopped
6 green chilies , chopped
3 -4 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
3 teaspoons soya sauce
3 coriander leaves , chopped
2 spring onions , chopped finely
oil ( for frying )
salt
Paneer Manchurian is a delicious fusion dish that combines the Indian paneer with Chinese flavors. This is a vegetarian dish that is perfect for lunch or dinner. It is made by marinating and deep-frying the paneer until golden brown and crispy. The dish is then sautéed with a flavorful mixture of garlic, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, coriander leaves, and spring onions, adding to its taste. Instructions

1.Cut the paneer into small cubical sizes and then marinate it with cornflour, maida flour, egg whites, ajinomoto, and salt in a bowl.
2.Heat the oil in a pan for deep-frying the paneer. Once it is heated, add the paneer and fry until it turns golden brown and crispy. Keep it aside.
3.In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and then add garlic, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Fry it for 1-2 minutes.
4.Now, add soya sauce, coriander leaves, and chopped spring onions. Stir it for another 2 minutes.
5.Lastly, add the fried paneer to the above mixture. Toss it well, on low flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and spring onions. Serve hot.
