Ingredients

1 medium onion , cut length wise
2 medium tomatoes , cut in cubes
1 bell pepper , big cut 1 1/2 inch length wise ( Capscium )
1 teaspoon heap ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon heap chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon chicken garam masala powder or 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
200 g cottage cheese , it can be grated mashed unevenly

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and fennel seed and sauté until fragrant.
2.Add onions and fry until golden brown.
3.Add ginger-garlic paste and stir for 2 minutes.
4.Add tomatoes and bell peppers. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until the tomatoes are fully cooked and the oil separates from the tomatoes.
5.Add the chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and stir well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
6.Add the cottage cheese and cook for another 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is fully cooked.
7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
