1 pint milk
16 ounces panir
4 green chilies , chopped
4 tablespoons tomato sauce

Instructions

1.Grind the ginger, garlic, chili powder, cashew nuts, poppy seed, cumin seed with a little water to a smooth paste.
2.Heat the ghee in a large pan, add the ground paste and fry for a few minutes until fragrant.
3.Add the peas, salt, cream, and sugar, and mix well.
4.Cook for a few minutes until the peas are cooked and the mixture has thickened.
5.Heat the butter in a separate pan, add the flour and cook for a minute.
6.Gradually stir in the milk, mixing well until smooth.
7.Add the paneer and green chilies to the pea mixture, then pour over the white sauce.
8.Gently mix the tomato sauce into the top layer of the bake.
9.Bake at 180C/350F for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
