1/2 lb dry fettuccine or 3/4 lb fresh fettuccine

2 cups heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 ounces cream cheese , cubed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese , finely grated
1 3/4 cups very fine dry breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley , minced
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 eggs
4 teaspoons parmesan cheese , finely grated
6 white boneless veal steaks , pounded thin

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F
2.In a large pot, bring water, vegetable oil, and salt to a boil over high heat.
3.Add the fettuccine and cook for approximately 12 minutes or until al dente. Drain well and return to the pot.
4.In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5.Pour in the heavy cream, cayenne pepper, cream cheese, and finely grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well until the mixture is fully combined.
6.Heat olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Combine breadcrumbs, minced parsley, white pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a separate bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
7.Dip the veal steaks into the beaten eggs and then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
8.Pan-fry the veal steaks in the skillet, using enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. Cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side, or until browned and crisp.
9.Pour sauce mixture over the cooked fettuccine. Toss to coat the pasta well.
10.Transfer the fettuccine and sauce to a large baking dish. Place the veal steaks on top of the pasta mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
11.Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dish is heated through.
