Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, water, rice wine, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
2.Cut flank steak against the grain into thin slices and put them into a bowl with cornstarch and rice wine for about 10 minutes.
3.Cut broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces, set aside.
