Ingredients

1 tablespoon nigella seeds
1 tablespoon black mustard seeds
1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
1 tablespoon fennel seed
1 tablespoon cumin seed

Instructions

1.Mix nigella seeds, black mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seed and cumin seed together.
2.Heat a small dry skillet over low heat.
3.Add the spice mixture to the skillet and cook for 1-2 mins, until fragrant and lightly toasted.
4.Remove from heat and let cool before using in your recipe.
