200 ml milk , mixed with
75 ml water
50 g butter
caster sugar , to taste
lemon juice , to taste

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk the flour and salt together.

4.Melt the butter in a pancake pan and pour excess into the batter.
5.Heat the pan and pour some of the batter to create a thin layer and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip with a spatula and cook for another minute.
6.Repeat until the batter is used up. Serve with caster sugar and lemon juice.
