Ingredients

125 g ground meat
8 g light soy sauce
2 1/2 g sugar
1 1/2 g salt
1 g chicken bouillon powder
5 g jiafan rice wine
15 g green onions , chopped
3 g ginger , minced
1 tablespoon cold water
250 g all-purpose flour
125 ml warm water
2 1/2 g active dry yeast
2 1/2 g baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 stalk chopped green onion
1/4 cup water

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together ground meat, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken bouillon powder, jiafan rice wine, green onions and ginger.
2.Add cold water and mix well.
3.In a large bowl, mix the flour, warm water, active dry yeast, baking powder and sugar to create a soft dough.
4.Knead the dough until smooth and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
5.After 15 minutes, divide the dough into 10 small balls and flatten each ball in your palm.
6.Add one tablespoon of filling onto each flattened dough and fold the edges of the dough to form a bun. Make sure the filling is completely covered.
7.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add oil and place the buns in the skillet.
8.Add water and cover the skillet. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
9.After 5 minutes, remove the cover and sprinkle the sesame seeds and chopped green onion onto each bun. Let it fry for 1 minute.
10.Serve hot and enjoy!
