2 -3 tablespoons cumin powder

2 tablespoons sour orage juice ( Goya Naranja agria )
1 1/2 cups cooking oil ( corn prefferably )

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed pork, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the meat is evenly coated.
2.Heat up the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
3.Once the oil is hot, carefully add in the seasoned pork cubes and fry for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
4.Squeeze in the lemon and pour in the sour orange juice, letting it sizzle for a few seconds before removing the pan from heat.
