4 medium potatoes , peeled
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon fresh horseradish
salt & freshly ground black pepper
4 fish fillets , cut in two

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C.
