Instructions

5.In a pot of boiling water, cook the flattened balls in batches for about 2 minutes or until they float to the surface.
6.Use a slotted spoon to remove the cooked balls from the water and transfer to a bowl of water to prevent them from sticking together.
7.Combine the remaining 1/2 cup of white sugar, sesame seeds, grated coconut, and salt in a separate bowl.
8.Coat the cooked balls with the sugar mixture.
