6 teaspoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
oil ( for deep frying )

Instructions

7.Roll the ball into a small circle on a flat surface.
8.Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium flame.
9.Carefully slide the puri into the hot oil.
10.Deep fry until the puri is puffed up and golden brown.
11.Remove from the oil and place it on a paper napkin to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with side dish and enjoy!
