Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and vanilla extract.
2.Add beaten eggs and slowly add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid any lumps.
3.Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat, and pour just enough batter to thinly coat the bottom of the pan.
4.Cook the Palacinky for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to curl and the surface becomes firm.
5.Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat until batter is finished.
