Ingredients

1/4 lb dried rice noodles
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon garlic , chopped
8 -10 medium shrimp , peeled and deveined
1/4 lb boneless chicken , cut into bite-sized chunks
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried red chili pepper flakes
1/4 cup chicken broth , to prevent noodles from sticking
1 egg , lightly beaten
3 green onions , coarsely chopped
2 cups bean sprouts
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts , coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice , freshly squeezed
2 lime wedges

Instructions

1.Soak the rice noodles in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain.

3.Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and red chili pepper flakes in another bowl.

6.Add peanuts and lime juice to the wok and stir well.
